Restorative Yoga with Mistyoga Session 2
March 19, 2020 @ 5:45 pm - 7:05 pm
A restorative practice frequently relies on the use of props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to achieve a deep level of relaxation. This practice is suitable for all levels of students and is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Restorative yoga assists in opening all areas of the body, especially the heart and the breath practice involved is very effective in quieting the mind.
