Designed for all levels to get a great, intense, low impact workout in and still make it back to work in time. With a strong focus on your core while implementing a high intensity level to raise your heart rate and boost energy. This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. You'll love the circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for that amazing feeling!
