Step Aerobics Online

A step aerobics class designed for all fitness levels with easy to follow moves that will encourage students to build up intensity. Fun combinations, intertwined with repeaters, and some weight lifting, all set to a variety of great sound tracks make this a great way to burn calories, sweat and increase your stamina. This class meets live online Monday's from 6-7pm. No live classes 5/31 and 7/5. Additionally, each class will be recorded so students can repeat the workout during the week when it works for their schedule. A link to the online meetings and recordings will be emailed shortly before the first class. Students may arrange to borrow a step and risers from the Carbondale campus. Call 970-963-2172.
