This step aerobics class is a high-powered, 60-minute cardiovascular workout designed for all skill levels. Easy-to-follow step moves will encourage you to build up your intensity. Fun combinations, intertwined with repeaters, and some weight lifting make for a great way to burn calories, sweat and get into shape!
