Tai Chi Level I

This class is for absolute first —timers. Learn basic Yang style tai chi movements without complex choreography. Practice meditative and relaxing qigong (chi gung) exercises. Improve balance, strength, posture, and peace of mind - flow in harmony with nature. Students will be prepared for advancement into the Yang style short and long forms.
