Tai Chi Level I

This class is for absolute beginners. Learn basic Yang-style tai chi movements without complex choreography. Practice meditative and relaxing qigong (chi gung) exercises. Improve balance, strength, posture, and peace of mind – flow in harmony with nature. Students will be prepared for advancement into the Yang-style short and long forms.
