The Art of Writing to Heal

This online course will explore how writing helps give meaning to life's unexpected trials, change our attitudes, how to make writing easy, and the choices of privacy. Karen Post, mental health therapist, will join the group on March 15th. Karen will present some techniques on how to use your writing to deepen your understanding of yourself, and the effects of the world around you as well as on your self-image. ***Attention*** You will be emailed a link to access your class before your first class, please be sure you provide a current email address.
