Thursday Total Body Strength with MB

Join MB online from 11:15-11:45 am on Thursdays for this full strength workout from home. A pair of dumbbells is helpful, however a set of anything weighted will work too (i.e., water jugs, milk jugs, soup cans...) ***Attention*** You will be emailed a link to access your class before your first class, please be sure you provide a current email address.
