Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning focuses on general fitness for endurance athletes of all sorts. Heavy core work, and attention to joint mobility will keep you in shape for this season’s activity and prepare you for the next. This class focuses on certain exercises for a set amounts of time, alternating between muscle groups. This course is NOT a part of the Learning Materials Program (LMP).
