Tuesday/Thursday Yoga with Liz

Join Liz for an online class integrating gentle yoga for improving health and wellness. Asana (poses), Pranayama (Breath) Mudra (gestures), and Meditation to enhance health and wellness at all levels, including physical (strength/stretch), energy, nervous system, and mind/body with awareness - relaxation. Modifications/Variations offered to make yoga accessible for all. ***Attention*** You will be emailed a link to access your class before your first class, please be sure you provide a current email address.
