Learn to prepare a menu of Pizza Bianca with Pear and Gorgonzola, Leek and Asparagus Frittata, Wild Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil, Grilled Pork with Oven Roasted Tomato Sauce, Braised Chicken with Wild Mushrooms and for dessert Baked Pears in Puff Pastry with Vanilla Bean Gelato. Minimum age is 17 years old.
