Vimana Yoga and Hot Stretch

Monday evenings is Vimana Yoga, a foundational, therapeutic class that includes traditional hatha yoga, flow, and core, combining several styles of yoga including Bikram, Vinyasa, Para, and Forest Yoga, and is designed for all levels. Wednesday evening's class is Hot Stretch, a restorative practice that includes gentle flow, long holds, Yin yoga, pranayama, and meditation. This practice cultivates steadiness and deep calm that allows you to release stress, and deep held patterning by resetting your parasympathetic nervous system. The class focuses on stabilizing and stretching spine, hips, shoulders and neck. (Level 1-2) For therapeutic benefit classes are held in a heated studio with temperatures ranging from 95-100 degrees. Please bring a large towel, yoga mat, water and be prepared to work out. Classes held at White Horse Yoga, 105 Village Lane in Carbondale. 970-963-1751
