Vinyasa, or flow, yoga is a practice that combines asanas (poses), fluid movement, and breath with meditation. This is a slow, deliberate practice, with transitions between movements made while inhaling and exhaling. Some previous yoga experience is strongly recommended. This class is online. You will be sent a link prior to the first class.
