Vinyasa, or flow, yoga is a practice that combines asanas (poses), fluid movement, and breath with meditation. This is a slow, deliberate practice, with transitions between movements made while inhaling and exhaling. Some previous yoga experience is strongly recommended. This class is scheduled to be held in person. However, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and make a determination on whether or not we can hold the class closer to the start time. If it becomes necessary to cancel the class, you will be issued a full refund.
