A mix of flow, stretch, breath, and meditation to improve health and wellness, whether you are a new to yoga, or have previous experience. This class incorporates breath (pranayama), proper poses (asanas), proper relaxation (savasana), with positive thinking (vendanta), and visualization. Rokh'Sana' Wells is an internationally certified yoga teacher with over 25 years teaching experience. Classes meet live online 10:00am on Tuesdays, and will be recorded so students can watch and workout on their own schedule. Class link and link to recordings will be emailed shortly before the first class meeting.
