Yoga Session 1

A mix of flow, stretch, breath, and meditation to improve health and wellness, whether you are a new to yoga, or have previous experience. This class incorporates breath (pranayama), proper poses (asanas), proper relaxation (savasana), with positive thinking (vendanta), and visualization. Rokh'Sana' Wells is an internationally certified yoga teacher with over 25 years teaching experience. Class meets in-person. If you are looking for an online class, choose the class with 'online' in the title.
