Zen Barre Session 1

Sculpt and strengthen your entire body, and increase flexibility, while developing breath control and mindfulness. This challenging and unique workout utilizes small, controlled movements, light weights, the ballet barre, and floor mat. Zen Barre follows the principles of barre, yoga, strength training, Pilates, and ballet for a well-rounded, balanced fitness class. Rokhsana Rappaport (Sana) is a certified instructor with over 28 years of teaching experience in dance, Nia, yoga, fitness and aquatics. Her down-to-earth and fun-loving approach makes every class a delight.
