Zen Barre with Sana Fall Session 2

Sculpt and strengthen your entire body, and increase flexibility, while developing breath control and mindfulness. This challenging and unique workout utilizes small, controlled micro-movements, light weights, the ballet barre, and floor mat. Zen Barre follows the principles of barre, yoga, strength training, Pilates, and ballet for a well-rounded, balanced fitness class. This class meets in person with limited enrollment. All current Covid precautions will be observed. If you are looking for an online class, please register for the class with 'online' in the course title. No class 11/25.
