Zen Barre with Sana Online Fall Session 1

Sculpt and strengthen your entire body, and increase flexibility, while developing breath control and mindfulness. This challenging and unique workout utilizes small, controlled micro-movements, light weights (1-2 lbs), the ballet barre (or chair/counter), and floor mat. Zen Barre follows the principles of barre, yoga, strength training, Pilates, and ballet for a well-rounded, balanced fitness class. Classes meet live online from 8:45-9:35am on Tuesday/Thursdays, and will be recorded so students can watch and workout on their own schedule. Class link and link to recordings will be emailed shortly before the first class meeting.
