Zen Barre with Sana Online Fall Session 2

Sculpt and strengthen your entire body, and increase flexibility, while developing breath control and mindfulness. This challenging and unique workout utilizes small, controlled micro-movements, light weights (1-2 lbs), the ballet barre (or chair/counter), and floor mat. Zen Barre follows the principles of barre, yoga, strength training, Pilates, and ballet for a well-rounded, balanced fitness class. Classes meet live online from 8:45-9:35am on Tuesday/Thursdays, and will be recorded so students can watch and workout on their own schedule. Class link and link to recordings will be emailed shortly before the first class meeting. No class 11/25.
