Zumba combines high energy music with unique choreography. Zumba fuses Latin and International dance themes to create a dynamic fitness program. Body toning is achieved with aerobic interval training. Resistance movements are combined with easy to follow dance steps. This course is NOT a part of the Learning Materials Program (LMP).
