Zumba with Laurie and Tracy

Online Zumba combines high energy music with unique choreography. Zumba fuses Latin and International dance themes to create a dynamic fitness program. Body toning is achieved with aerobic interval training. Resistance movements are combined with easy to follow dance steps. ***Attention*** You will be emailed a link to access your class before your first class, please be sure you provide a current email address.
