Zumba X-press - Lower Body Strength

Don't be intimidated by Zumba, just express yourself! This Zumba class is 30 minutes long and taught in a fun, repetitive and supportive way. The next 30 minutes is dedicated to Pilates-based and traditional body weight exercises for the lower body and core. We always finish with restorative stretch. Price has been discounted 50% from standard fees in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
