Are you looking for a program that will help improve strength, balance, flexibility, health and peace of mind? John Norton has been practicing Tai Chi for more than 25 years and combines the ancient art of Qigong (exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement) with the basic movements of Yang Style Tai Chi. This allows people of all ages and fitness levels to start easily and continue to practice safely to improve their health. *Class will not meet the week of 11/22/21.

TAI CHI LEVEL II

Do you have experience with Tai Chi and would love to begin practicing again? John Norton has been practicing Tai Chi for more than 25 years and combines the ancient art of Qigong (exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement) with the basic movements of Yang Style Tai Chi. This class is for students who have a minimum of one-year experience practicing Tai Chi—preferably Yang Style. Students will practice Qigong and the 10, 24 and 108 postures of Yang Style Tai Chi. *Class will not meet the week of 11/22/21.

INTRODUCTION TO KUNDALINI YOGA

This unique yoga practice combines movement, breathwork and sound. This powerful combination cleanses the tissues, organs, and mind. In a post-COVID world, we need practices that support strong immune systems, and the ability to be emotionally and mentally flexible. Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system, immune system, and glandular systems cultivating an increased capacity for well-being, calm, and a sense of ease at meeting life’s stress and challenges. Please note:  No class the week of 11/22/21.
