Family
As a native of the Roaring Fork Valley, I am surrounded by family and lifelong friends - who are close enough to be family. My husband and three sons provide daily doses of wit & wisdom.
Personal Interests
I am a lifelong learner committed to expanding knowledge, fostering meaningful experiences, and building strong community connections. For nearly 20 years, I’ve taught Political Science as an adjunct faculty member at CMC, where I’ve had the privilege of inspiring and being inspired by our diverse student body.
In 2022, fueled by the passion and vision of a group of former students, I helped launch The Red, White and Blue Club — a student-led civic engagement organization. As the Faculty Advisor, I’ve supported students in organizing voter outreach initiatives, facilitating civic dialogue, and engaging directly with local leaders. It’s been a powerful reminder of the impact education can have when paired with purpose and participation.
