Academic and Professional Pursuits
I am working on a third collection of poetry, which I plan to complete and publish. My latest poetry collection, Play Me a Revolution, was released in September of 2019 by Press 53, and my first book, Bare Hands, came out in September of 2016 by Turning Point.
Distinctions/Awards
- 2021 Pushcart Prize nominee
- Won the 2020 Independent Publisher Book Award’s silver medal in poetry for Play Me a Revolution

- Poems from Bare Hands and Play Me a Revolution were featured internationally in two issues of a literary journal based in Italy
