Family

My husband and I got married later in life, and he has three adult children, and we have a daughter in middle school. We enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Personal Interests

I am excited to continue my work at CMC at the Vail Valley campus, and for the opportunity to extend out to Eagle Valley High School with concurrent enrollment mathematics classes. I have been an educator of mathematics for over twenty years, and I taught in southeast Florida prior to moving to Colorado. I love using technology in my classroom to help engage my students more and help working with my colleagues to better our practice as instructors. I have enjoyed living in Eagle County, being part of the community, being outdoors, and raising our youngest daughter in the beautiful mountains. Vail Mountain is my favorite mountain to ski in Eagle County, but Brighton Mountain in Utah is the first mountain where I skied a black diamond. I enjoy running, skiing, hiking, climbing, camping, paddleboarding, gardening, and much more.
