Graduates and Guests Information


Due to COVID restrictions, masks are required at this event. There is no seating at this event as we expect the line to move quickly.  There is a limited attendance, up to four (4) family members.

Graduates: If you were not planning on attending Commencement, but now would like to do so, please contact your campus by Friday, April 30.

Our event is Wheelchair accessible.


Unfortunately, due to COVID Restrictions, CMC will not be able to host a Reception following the Ceremony.


Available only through the Rifle Campus. Free to rent for students to be picked up on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 10am to 4pm.

Students will sign a use agreement when they pick up their regalia. Students will return their gown on the day of graduation following commencement. The location to return their gown will be on the west side of the parking lot.

Failure to return graduation regalia on that day of graduation or if regalia is damaged, will result in a $30 charge to the student’s account.


Diplomas will be mailed to students 4-6 weeks after the Commencement Ceremony. Transcripts noting program completion will be available May 17, 2021. Student accounts need to be paid in full in order to receive diplomas and transcripts.


All graduates and guests will be required to follow COVID-19 guidelines while on campus and participating in the Commencement ceremony.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the dismissal of graduates or guests.
