Peter Karpinski

Peter Karpinski brings 25 years of leadership experience in the modern hospitality industry. He currently leads Pyramid Global Hospitality's Lifestyle, Luxury & Independent Hotels & Resorts division in North America, as well as Food & Beverage globally.

Previously, Peter co-founded and served as CEO of ARRIVE Hotels & Restaurants, growing the innovative hospitality platform across multiple states before its successful disposition and merger. For 15 years prior, he was Partner & COO at Sage Hospitality and co-founder of Sage Restaurant Group, overseeing development and operations of independent, luxury, and lifestyle hotels while serving on the executive, asset management, human capital, and investment committees.

Peter's earlier career includes management and leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, and Starr Restaurant Organization. He holds a BS from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, where he lectures annually, and an MPA from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He serves on the advisory board of the Johnson Financial Group. Peter has called Denver home since 2005.
