Kevin McKinney is President and Founder of Glasswater Group, with over 20 years of experience in design, construction, and hospitality development. He founded the company in 2019, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and accountability to create meaningful impact for clients, partners, and communities.

Prior to establishing Glasswater Group, Kevin spent over a decade as Vice President of Design and Construction at Sage Hospitality Group, where he directed hotel, restaurant, and mixed-use projects nationwide, overseeing all development phases from concept through delivery. He began his career at Mortenson Construction, developing expertise in project management, operations, and client engagement.

Kevin resides in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and fly fishing. He values balancing professional dedication with family life, spending quality time with his wife and two children.
