Libby Neal, MA, LPC
Disabilities Services Coordinator
I am delighted to join Colorado Mountain College, Rifle campus, as the Disability Services Coordinator. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Art Studio from University of California at Santa Barbara, California and later earned a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology, with a specialization in Art Therapy, from Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado. Post graduate education found me completing Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training in a conjoint program between University of Colorado Psychiatric Health Sciences Center and Denver Psychoanalytic Society.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve worked as a Primary Therapist, Art Therapist and Family Therapist for Denver Children’s Home, Colorado Children’s Home, Eating Disorder Center of Denver and Aurora Mental Health. Later, I served as Executive Clinical Director or Director of Clinical Services at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders, Remuda Ranch Center for Eating Disorders, and The Hearth Center for Eating Disorders. Currently, I have a clinical practice specializing in eating disorders and trauma.
In my free time I can usually be found riding my horse Sweetie, with my cattle dogs, Rowdy and Shiloh close behind.
