CMC selects collegewide adjunct Faculty of the Year

Every spring at each of Colorado Mountain College’s campuses, students and employees vote for outstanding educators and staff for Faculty of the Year and Staff of the Year. Senior college administrators then select overall collegewide awards.

This year, CMC Spring Valley and Glenwood Springs recognized Jenia Walter, who teaches developmental studies, as its adjunct Faculty of the Year. Walter also received the collegewide adjunct Faculty of the Year award.

CMC Spring Valley and Glenwood Springs also recognized Erin Beaver, English professor, as its full-time Faculty of the Year. William Bledsoe, who teaches English and communications with the distance learning department, also received an adjunct Faculty of the Year award.

Shari Neuroth, campus budget manager in campus administration received the full-time Staff of the Year award. At Central Services, Jaime Stoess, academic support services manager in the academic affairs department, received full-time Staff of the Year honors, while Jen McGill, assistant to the chief operations officer and general counsel in the president’s office, was selected as part-time Staff of the Year.
