CMC to host skilled trades open house in Glenwood Springs

GLENWOOD SPRINGS — Colorado Mountain College will host a skilled trades open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 13 at the CMC Glenwood Center.

The free event is open to the public and will highlight career pathways and training programs in high-demand trades, including HVAC, aviation technology, ski area operations and welding.

Attendees can also learn about certificates in automotive service technology and carpentry for local high school students, as well as other regional opportunities in electrical and plumbing fields.

The open house is designed for prospective students and community members interested in exploring careers in the trades.

CMC’s Glenwood Center is at 1402 Blake Ave.
