ELEVATE 2026 to bring women leaders together in Glenwood Springs

GLENWOOD SPRINGS — Women from across the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys will gather April 10 for ELEVATE 2026, a regional forum focused on leadership, community and connection.

Roaring Fork Leadership, in partnership with Colorado Mountain College, will host the event from 1 to 6 p.m. at Morgridge Commons in Glenwood Springs.

Organizers designed ELEVATE as an interactive forum that brings women together to share experiences, exchange ideas and connect across professions and backgrounds.

The program features local leaders, including Gail Sheridan Schwartz, a former Colorado state senator, and Jamie Abbott, executive director of Carbondale Arts.

Schwartz will draw on her public service experience to talk about leadership and decision-making. Abbott will discuss how arts and culture help strengthen communities and bring people together.

The event also includes a panel discussion on workplace culture and leadership. Cindy Dady, CEO of Sunlight Mountain Resort, will join other regional leaders to discuss how organizations build trust, support employees and retain staff.

Throughout the afternoon, participants will take part in small-group discussions and informal networking, with time to connect over food and refreshments.

Organizers aim to give attendees a chance to step away from daily routines, reflect on their work and build connections across the region.

Morgridge Commons is at 815 Cooper Ave., 2nd Floor in Glenwood. General admission costs $109. To register or learn more, visit ELEVATE 2026.
