Sound vibration meditation to be held at CMC Breckenridge

Feel Better LTD, in partnership with Building Hope Summit County and Colorado Mountain College Breckenridge, will present a free crystal bowl sound vibration meditation at the CMC campus on April 14.

Organizers invite participants to this one-on-one sound bowl meditation, which helps clear energy, remove blocks and uproot old patterns. Well-behaved children are welcome.

The meditation will take place at CMC’s Breckenridge campus, 107 Denison Placer Road, from 6-7:30 p.m. on April 14. There is no charge; participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blankets and comfortable clothing and to register at Eventbrite as capacity is limited.

Building Hope promotes emotional health, reduces stigma and improves access to care and support for everyone in Summit County.
