Pre-Medicine Study

Build a strong foundation for medical school with CMC’s Pre-Medicine coursework and experiences

Prepare for admission to medical school and a career as a physician with CMC’s pre-medicine courses and experiences. Students develop a strong background in the sciences while also building critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Courses in biology, chemistry, physics, and the social sciences provide a well-rounded academic base, while opportunities for mentorship, clinical exposure, and research experiences support students’ professional growth.

Physicians play vital roles in caring for patients, preventing disease, advancing research, and improving health systems. Medicine offers flexibility across specialties—from pediatrics to psychiatry, surgery to family practice—and the chance to make a lasting difference in people’s lives. At CMC, you’ll gain the tools to pursue medical school with confidence while preparing for a meaningful career of service and lifelong learning.
