Colter Christensen

Growing up in Western Wyoming, I have always had a passion for anything outdoors. I went to the University of Utah where I majored in Parks, Recreation and Tourism. I spent about 10 years working with teens, managing an outdoor education program at a boarding school. In 2023 my wife and I moved to Leadville and fell in love with community and access to our outdoor pursuits. I also completed a Masters degree in Educational Studies in the fall of 2023. When I first came to CMC I knew it was special. CMC is a fantastic community of people that truly care about our mountain communities. Once I started, I have not looked back. My wife and I can be found with our daughter and 2 yellow labs biking, rafting, and skiing.

About Leadville

I am absolutely smitten with Leadville. It is a wonderful community to live in. If you want to ski, mountain bike, raft, hike, everything is right out your door. There are ways to volunteer within the community and it is a great place to live and work.
