ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
If you meet one or more of these criteria, you could qualify:
- You are income eligible based on your (or your parents) prior year annual income;
- Neither of your parents has earned a 4-year college degree;
- You have a documented disability.
And, you need to meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a registered CMC student seeking a degree or certificate;
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.;
- Be willing to make a personal commitment to improving your academic skills.
Which Application to Use
Are you a “dependent” or “independent” student?
If you answer Yes to ALL of the following questions:
I am under the age of 24.
I am not married.
I am not currently in the military or a veteran.
I do not have children.
I am not or was not a Foster child after the age of 13.
I am not currently/have not been an unaccompanied homeless youth during the previous year.
