Main Job Functions:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to the Vice President of Planning Chief of Staff. Responsibilities include scheduling, document management, event coordination, research, and communication. This role ensures efficient operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Duties:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare, edit, and organize documents. Maintain confidential records and ensure proper document filing. Support event planning and logistics for meetings and workshops Conduct research and compile data for strategic initiatives. Support the coordination of special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a currently enrolled student eligible for work-study at Colorado Mountain College. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and administrative tasks
