Main Job Functions:
Work the front desk of the Admissions office, talking with prospective students and their families and giving tours and on call if need for other office work that the Student Services offices need
Job Duties:
All pieces below are based on what you are able to do and your class schedule. 1. Campus Tours • Lead tours for prospective students and families, showcasing the campus, facilities, and highlighting key programs. • Share personal experiences to make the tour more relatable and engaging. 2. Event Support
Working Conditions:
This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally.
