Days of the week: Monday - Friday/flexible

Main Job Functions:

Answers telephone calls refers caller to the appropriate individual, assist with organizing, make copies as needed, perform general clerical and office duties as assigned, assist with filing documents, data entry/word processing, greets visitors, inquires the nature of their business and directs them to appropriate person

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proudly represents CMC with honor and enthusiasm. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Must understand the need for confidentiality in the handling of documentation. Time Management Skills
