Main Job Functions:

The Colorado Law Enforcement Training Academy (CLETA) at Colorado Mountain College is seeking a work-study student to assist with daily operations.

Job Duties:

The student will support program staff with equipment inventory, organizing workspaces, reviewing and editing lesson plans, and participating in trainings as a role player or assistant. Additional duties include assisting with miscellaneous tasks assigned by faculty and the director.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver's license preferred; Lives on campus preferred but not required; Legal Studies or Criminal Justice major preferred but not required; Strong organizational skills; Attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
