Main Job Functions:

Assist in the creation of branded marketing media such as social media posts, flyers, posters, and photos. Students need minimal experience in graphic design and photography. Skills with more advanced design/editing programs are not required but recommended.

Job Duties:

Designing promotional content using Adobe programs or other. Editing photos in batches, exporting photos. Photographing events around the Spring Valley and Glenwood Center campuses. Helping with the design of monitor slides. Assisting with posts on social media (stories, reels, and posts). Editing video content for marketing or social media use. Help with random design/marketing projects.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Minimal photography skills. Basic understanding of graphic design/layout design/brand design. Other essential skills will be further trained on the job.
