Main Job Functions:
Educate students/prospects on available campus resources; Facilitate connection to campus resources; Demonstrate & support students/prospects in the utilization & navigation of college technology.
Job Duties:
Duties include event set up and break down, answering student questions in person, email, and phone. Making phone calls to follow up on admissions, help ensure a positive enrollment experience, and aid in student retention. This position requires staffing at the front desk at the Ascent Center, utilizing the technology to aid in operation of the enrollment services. There will be light cleaning duty such as sanitizing, sweeping, and dusting.
Working Conditions:
This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally.
