Days of the week: Monday-Friday

Main Job Functions:

Provide assistance at the front desk of the Rifle Campus, engaging in conversations with students, faculty, staff, and community members. Manage incoming calls, lend support at the food pantry when required.

Job Duties:

Answering telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate person Completing general clerical and office tasks as required Welcoming visitors, inquiring about their purpose, and guiding them to the right individual Providing assistance with organizing and scanning files

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Good organizational and time management skills ‐ able to work on multiple projects
