Job Duties:

General responsibilities focus around assisting customers with troubleshooting over the phone, as well as with our IT ticketing system. Daily tasks typically involve supporting general CMC inquiries, logging IT issues, and assisting staff as part of a support team. Other duties include email correspondence, chat messaging, A/V troubleshooting, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

The ability to work in a location with a stable internet connection as well as an environment to talk on the phone regularly with limited distractions, customer service skills, a desire to learn, and patience while helping others. Prior Technical skills help but are not a prerequisite.
