Days of the week: Monday - Friday/flexible

Main Job Functions:

Contribute to the vital work of the Office of the President and gain valuable mentorship and professional skills. The specific tasks and learning opportunities will evolve based on departmental needs and the student’s interests and skills. Work might be assigned from the Marketing Department and the CMC Foundation as well.

Job Duties:

Support planning, logistics, and execution, as appropriate, for special events, legislative meetings, or other related activities; assist in creating inclusive materials in English and Spanish (if bilingual); help identify gaps in communication or engagement that may impact students; clerical duties.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a work study-eligible student at Colorado Mountain College. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
