Time of Day: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends/Flexible

Days of the week: Monday-Sunday/Flexible

Main Job Functions:

This position will assist with both clerical and physical aspects of the Facilities Department on the Steamboat Springs campus, such as sorting and assisting with building and fleet vehicle maintenance and service records, snow removal duties, events set up, and general light repairs and maintenance duties as needed.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Some clerical experience required such as a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe PDF. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to shovel snow. This position will involve some outdoor work during inclement winter weather. Some minor maintenance and repair related experience preferred.
