Time of Day: Mornings and Afternoons/Flexible

Days of the week: Monday-Friday/Flexible

Main Job Functions:

Maintains and operates the front desk at the Young Alpine Center, including but not limited to answering phone calls, working with foot traffic, support staff, and faculty. Making phone calls for the Enrollment team, aiding the Student Affairs team with projects.

Job Duties:

Support for CMC students, visitors, and CMC staff with projects, call campaigns, maintain bulletin boards, and other duties as assigned, while creating a professional, helpful, and friendly environment, and adhering to professional standards.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Enrolled at Colorado Mountain College. Must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, proficient in Basecamp, Canvas, LMP, and comfortable and effective in handling phone calls. Ability to work independently, organizational skills, time management skills, while maintaining academic proficiency.
