Time of Day: Mornings, Afternoons, and Flexible

Days of the week: Monday-Friday

Main Job Functions:

Maintains and operates front desk of the Spring Valley Ascent Center including but not limited to answering phones, working with foot traffic, making phone calls for the Enrollment team, aiding the Student Affairs team.

Job Duties:

Support for CMC students, visitors, and professional staff with projects, call campaigns, maintaining bulletin boards, while creating a helpful and friendly environment and providing and maintaining a professional workspace.

Working Conditions:

This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, technologically savvy and possess courteous manners. Ability to work unsupervised. Good organizational and time management skills and able to work on multiple projects at a time including maintaining personal and academic priorities. Communicate clearly and concisely.
